You can book an appointment through their online booking system, although in my case, the appointment didn’t show up in their system (they were still kind enough to service my car that day). While it is definitely on the more expensive side, you get the peace of mind that comes with having your car serviced at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership, where the pricing appears to be standardized and transparent.
